The 3on3Jax Men/Women
After my visit with Mayor Hardman, I was feeling great about the attention GOD'S HOUSE was getting in the community. After all the great advice the mayor gave me, she truly blessed me by introducing me to a legend. Family, I would like to introduce you to Mr. James Howard of the 754th Tank Batallion of the United States Army. Mr. Howard fought in WWII and was awarded the Purple Heart. Mr. Howard served valiantly during the 1944-1945 liberation of the Philippines. At the young age of 93, Mr. Howard is the last surviving member of his unit. After the war, Mr. Howard formed the first Committee for the Homeless in St Louis. With great honor, I take off my fedora and salute Mr. Howard for his service before, during, and after the war. May God's grace continue to shine upon you.
